PPS Pet Supplies

pps-pet-suppliesSarah runs her well stocked PPS Pet Supplies stall in the market area just off Cattle Market Street.

Foxley.

How long have you been at Fakenham Market?
The stall has been here over 30 years, I took it over about 15 – 20 years ago.

7am – about 2.30pm, sometimes earlier in bad weather.

What other markets do you attend?
Aylsham (Monday& Friday), Sheringham (Wednesday & Saturday).

What led you to running this stall?
I don’t know really! I used to run the pet shop in Fakenham years ago and somehow ended up out here!

What do you like about coming to Fakenham Market?
I have regular customers every week. It’s just like a big family – we all get on well.

What do you sell ?
Wild bird products – food and feeders, pigs ears, biscuits, chicken feet, lots of natural treats for dogs. Also a larger selection of pet bedding, accessories such as collars and leads and also local fresh eggs!

Rosie’s Pet Stall

Rosie’s Pet Stall has just recently taken over the site alongside Betfred’s in the Upper Market, following the retirement of Steve and Donna Bones who had run a pet supplies stall here for the last 15 years. It has an impressively large range of items on display.

Where are you from?
Wisbech.

How long have you been at Fakenham Market?
Since May this year 2017.

What are your opening times here?
7.30am – 2.30pm

What other markets do you attend?
Wisbech, Long Sutton, Hunstanton, and St. Ives on Bank Holiday Mondays

What led you to running this stall?
It is a family business, we took over from her brother as we were both looking for a change from working in larger companies.

What do you like about coming to Fakenham Market?
It’s a busy market with very friendly people and traders. A good full market, unlike some which have very few stalls.

What do you sell ?
A wide variety of pet foods and accessories, also dog beds and wild bird food.
