Wisteria Tea Room

wisteria

Tucked away in Newman’s Yard off Norwich Street, this is one of Fakenham’s hidden gems. The building is adorned by an enormous Wisteria tree, possibly the oldest in East Anglia, which provides a glorious backdrop for the outside seating. An ideal place to meet friends for tea or coffee and lunch (not forgetting homemade cakes).

“Come and enjoy morning coffee, light lunch or indulge yourself with one of our Cream Teas after 1.30 pm. Our cakes and jams are all homemade and  ingredients are  sourced locally wherever possible.

We are closed all day on Monday. Open Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 3 pm. We are open from 12.00 pm to 3 pm on selected Sundays, for a traditional Sunday Lunch.  Pre booking by the preceding Thursday for each Sunday by phoning us on 01328 851247 is recommended.”
