Norfolk Young Adult Carers

Norfolk Young Adult Carer’s Project is a new initiative aiming to reach out to as many young adult carers as possible. We want to find out what services you need to help you achieve all that you want to. We need to hear your story – what support you receive, what support you want.

We are holding a series of consultations over the Summer to find out how we can help you. We will then take this information and use it to establish support services for you. We are expecting that there will be a need for 1:1 mentoring, group support, workshops around employment, education, life skills etc.

We have some idea about what you MIGHT want – but we need to hear from you to find out what you DO want! We can’t do this without you – so get in touch.
